What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I prioritise my health over everything else in life because if I don’t do everything in my power to have good health, I might end up too poorly to do anything at all!

I think there is good physical health and good mental health. To maintain the former, I am disciplined and develop good habits (I.e seeing a doctor about my health issues, exercising, having a good diet, going to bed early etc..).

As for the latter, I set goals to realise my dreams and I embrace my animalistic side – basically I accept the fact that it doesn’t take much for animals to be happy – think of rabbits doing zoomies, dogs wagging their tails or hedgehogs curled up in their nests…
