I would first check if they are first class plane tickets. If they are for economy seats, i would seriously consider asking for money instead, or gifting them to someone else, someone who loves to travel (that seems to be everyone these days!) because I’ve found that on a long-haul flight, the noise of the engines and the rigid seats make it really hard for me to fall asleep…

If they are first class plane tickets, I would definitely take the most important person in the world, my mum, to wherever she wants to go. Knowing her she would say Hong Kong, her homeland and where I was born, because that’s where most of her friends and family are. I really like going to Hong Kong too because the food there is simply the best!
