Oh this is going be one of those “yes and no” answers.

Yes it is a typical morning because I have to get ready for work then drive to work then come back home, read and watch telly, get ready for bed and then sleep – at least that’s how I think the rest of the day will play out.

And it’s also not a typical day because although I didn’t play well on the 9 hole course, I only lost 3balls (I lost twelve last time) and I now have confidence in my swing and my ability to strike the ball consistently with the driver (I didn’t use it though yesterday), the 5 wood, 6 iron, wedges and putter (the last two let me down yesterday). I’m going to play 18 holes of golf for the first time next week. It’s exciting and scary and it’s these feelings that make today different from a typical day. Wish me luck!
